Diversity & Inclusion @ drinks

The diversity&inclusion@drinks council was created in 2016 to attract and retain top talent in the drinks industry through better diversity practices. It aims to educate, inspire, and lead diversity agendas to ensure the industry is an attractive and inclusive place to work. The council celebrates differences of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs, political beliefs, or other ideologies as an asset and works to nurture an environment of involvement, respect and connection among all individuals working at member companies.

Women in drinks

Women in drinks was established in 2014 when the drinks association saw a need to attract, retain and develop females in our industry. Research shows female representation is lower in the drinks industry than in all other industries in Australia. The Women in drinks council aims to raise awareness and commitment among leaders and influencers in the drinks industry on the benefits, enablers and barriers to diversity in the workplace.
